I checked the fuses, no luck, checked the override switch, no luck, no power at the air to electric valve on the side of the radiator. owner before me has wires all over the place too.... help asap would be greatly appreciated as I'm driving a 7 hour run tomorrow.

update: Fan clutch is operational if you unplug the air line going from the valve to the clutch, it stops turning. So Good Fuse, Good Clutch, Where should I be looking next? Thanks

I'm only getting 3-4 volts at the air / electric valve. For now I made a by pass from the battery, to a dash switch, to the fan clutch to manually control it. I only needed it twice last 7 hour run.
