pmolitor Posted September 2, 2013 Share Posted September 2, 2013 I have a chance to get a 10 speed for my rs686lst. it will grt me an overdrive for the interstate runs and allow me to keep my current pto set up and driveshafts wont need to be modified. the only problem I see is thst I will lose my compound low. what will the top end be with 3.87 gears? 4.42 gears? I have a spare set of 4.42s. I just don't know how mush top end I would lose. I am running 22.5s. and ddon't know the overdrive ratio.of the 10 speed.
