So I totally overdid it with the toys this weekend. A friend found a couple for me plus there was a toy show this weekend.

Found a Buddy L Mack that I had as a kid in near perfect shape, a K-Five Granite, Plote Exc AC Mack, a Top Shelf 1/64th

4300 corn binder and a Siku Peterbilt produced for Grove cranes that came with an NZG Grove RT. Looks like I'm gonna have

to go to work tomorrow to pay for all this. Now I'm toy rich and money poor.

I know that's right Jay! I got my 1st "official" truck for Christmas in 1965, this Tonka stake and trailer, which has probly seen 2-3 million backyard miles, and delivered hundreds of tons of freight! My oldest surviving toy,and one of my most prized posessions! need to restore it to what it was like originally, just never seem to have the time anymore for anything!...............................Mark

How about some military. First one is a dragon wagon with a captured German Elephant tank. Second is a Ertl 850 and a JCB Army backhoe.

those JCB backhoes are weird machines, up armored ones are heavy as hell, like 32,000# they run fast and have a really long front boom, something like 60mph and have an ISB Cummins for power, I have pics on my other computer but its kinda not cooperating right now.

When I worked for Atlas Van Lines we had 8 brand new 1986 S-Series IH's (two for each branch office) 4 with roll-up doors and a liftgate,4 with barn doors, they were all the same specs. DT-466,7 speed Spicer direct trans. they were damn good trucks! Only thing I didn't like was the trans. real close ratio, very hard to get in/out of gear!.................................Mark
