Ok, so the U built air fine last summer before we took the cab off. Now, its not building any. But Papa thinks its building a teeny tiny bit of air because he pushed the bleeder valve on the bottom of the tank and a little bit came out. So, there is a line from the intake (from the air cleaner) that goes to the side of the compressor. We took that line off and sprayed a little PB Blaster in the screen in the compressor. Also I put a new line on and made sure nothing was plugged. That didn't work. So we thought it might be the governor. So we bought a brand new governor and put it on, that didn't work. Now Papa thinks he has everything hooked up right. Even if he did it would build air right? It would just bleed off. I need help. I like to have brakes. Thanks in advance,,,Vinny
