Here is a supplier:

Classic Carburetors

Mark Buber

3116 E. Shea Blvd.

Phoenix, AZ 85028

602-971-3300

They have parts for all old carbs and can bench test and diagnose problems with carbs.

Keep that LJ back on the road!

 I hate to sound like a parrot but try a NAPA store. Look for the oldest guy working there and have the numbers off of the carb ready. I have had great luck with my local store. They are able to get everthing I need for a tune-up. I have purchased two rebuild kits over the years for my Zenith carb. Just my 2 cents. Sometimes people forget about the easy way. ;)

If I drink because of work, why can't I drink at work?

Naw, that is where I go for the "older" stuff that I need. We still have an "old school" NAPA store that uses real catalogs, (paper) and know how to use them! If it is in the NAPA inventory, they will find it; Sometimes even dead stock is located.

Just last week a friend went in there wanting to purchase a water pump rebuild kit for a 1953 Studebaker Commander with a 289V8 engine. Believe it or not, the kit was on the shelf and many years old. They don't get rid of much unless it sells.

Same family has owned and operated the store for 60 plus years.
