Caught this Diamond Reo truck today, seen it around before. This truck was originally a cement mixer but was converted into a water truck. The company that owns it also has 2 of Giant Water trucks, one like this one, and one being white Tri Axle.

White one I took at their yard a while ago.

The sloped nose Giants had the air cooled Deutz engines in them. There was another construction outfit out of Harrisburg that had a lot of them also. Had a 4 letter name? KEMP?? Something like that

That was Hempt Bros

some sloped nose had the Cummins M11

there is a single axle dump set up like that in my area.

I had a 88 Giant  Tri axle dump with a L10 Cummins,  7LL trans and 6:17 axle ratio. Not much would stop it but it was a slow truck.
sure wish I still had it.

So did any of the NEW Diamond Reo's that were going back in to production ever see the light of day yet? That went pretty quiet.

Back about 5-8 years ago T Line made a few trucks using the International S model cab, But have not heard anything about them since???
