If the tag on the case is right that is a 3 speed aux. transmission 8035 the 3 means 3 speed a common 4 speed would be 8341 4 meaning 4 speed

Welcome to the sight did not mean to sound like a know it all I'm far from it but I have driven and worked on trucks with both 3 and 4 speed spicer aux. transmissions that's how I know the difference just trying to be helpful and someone could have put a 4 speed in a 3 speed case I think they are the same
