Had the same 'noise' awhile back...have someone follow beside you to narrow down which wheel its coming from (if its coming from the wheel)..then check your brake shoes.

One of my brake shoes had come loose from the rivets...i suspected wheel bearings..but turned out to be an easy fix tic tic tic at low speeds.

u can usualy tell diff problems thru the gear shifter
