With a tri-axle, you could pull the tires off the lift when doing site work. Gives a little more mobility

Thats an idea too. Right now just finding either a tandem or tri that's not worn and torn is the issue. One thats withing a few hundred miles anyway

Why limit to a few hundred miles? I traveled to about an hour north of Denver to have a look at the one I bought. I got a ride out there, but plan B was to put a draw bar on my little beater truck (which I ended up doing eventually anyway) and at the very least bolt a hitch onto the rear cross member to drag the beater truck back home. A tandem dump might already have a pintle hitch installed...

When approaching a 4-way stop, the vehicle with the biggest tires has the right of way!

Time for one thing rowdy. I'm trying to keep the oil hot and the metal shinny on two pieces of equipment now. I do have a driver for the truck though, when ever I find one. I might would drive a little further for a good buy on the right truck.

Something that beastly in Al will be a great on site truck. To heavy to do much of anything else on the road with

I agree, it's a cool looking truck though! Does anyone have any idea of how many trucks are getting shipped over seas? I very curious of and actual number.

Too damn many Macks and not enough Freightliner's and Volvos
