I have a mack 300 engine that is not getting full rpm,

I replaced charge air cooler after finding crack along one side.

Checked linkage at injector pump (getting full range.

Checked turbo no oil leaks and spins free.

Can anyone tell me what the fuel pressure should be at idle and full rpm?

It is getting up to 1750 rpm now-no load
