I would call Doug Fetterly (not sure on spelling) in New York he sells reproduction bumpers I don't know if he has mounts but should have specs also on a B-61 you could get flush mount or extended bumpers they have different mounts

My 1961 B-61 didn't have a bumper when I bought it, so I found a factory bumper, but I don't have the brackets to attach it to the frame. Looking to buy, or perhaps manufacture if someone can send me a pic of what they look like.

Not the best shots but hopefully this will give you an idea-might have some better pix-see if I can find them. Again these are the extension type- there is a plate that goes on top of them and then the 3-hole tow hooks attach. So a B with these brackets ends up with a bumper that is about 8" in front of the rad shell.
