The F you are working with is a sleeper. The CF was based on a daycab. If you are looking for the front portion of the roof you could section the CF in to make it work but the rear portion is different.

Doug is correct, The CF Series custom fire cab was based on the F-Series highway tractor. Much of the sheet metal is the same, except for certain features like the front of course. Doors are one in the same for example, and the forward part of the cab as well. Good luck trying to find an intact CF cab as they are heavily sought out by fire guys. The few of them that are out there have either been used or are rotted out and have had the usable sheet metal already cut out.
