That would be good if overweight is not an issue.

I don't remember where I saw it but I read that oversize/overweight violations do not affect the driver or carrier CSA score. The was originally a cargo related violation section in the "BASIC's" but, as mentioned above, it was removed early in the game.

Our drivers that do farm pickup get popped once in a while but I'm told they don't get points on their csa score for overweight.

Do search on Google and you will find answers.

From what I can find, it will not go against your CSA score unless there was a DOT driver/vehicle inspection at the time of the violation. And overweight will not go on your driving record.
