Do the MH's have different model numbers for different engines? My MH is a 633 which means Cummins. My Cruiseliner is a 721 which means E9 400 as oppose to 722 which means E9 440. Just courious

Remember if it's got a hood it's no good!

What I know is that the MH613 models where equipped with Mack engines. But please correct me if I'm wrong. On my vin and model it states MH613.

Believe it or not there was a MH offered in Europe with V8 for $45,000.

Can't believe. Or can if you mean it was nowadays for a nice looking truck.

Here in Russia there are some hard-living units, maybe 10-20 all over the country, so I keep them in my mind to get a down-broken one by chance.

Nice looking rig you drive

Mike H should chime in on the model #'s but MH613 would be a tandem axle, Mack powered tractor, MH612 single axle Mack powered tractor, MH633 tandem w/Cummins, MH632 would be single w/Cummins & I believe MH653/MH652 would be Cat powered. I'm not certain that I am correct in everything here but the XX3 will be tandem axle & XX2 will be single axle.

I wish I could scan. I have an MH sale brochure and the purchase order when we ordered a new MH in march of 89. It's cool to look thru. Our local dealer insisted that they spec the truck. WE wanted a 15 spd overdrive with 4.17's or 3.87's but they would not do that. Told them we wanted it kinda snazzy. They specd it with single exhaust steel tanks and steel wheels. Went back sat down tried again. It list the options price for alum tanks and wheels and dual exhaust, plus air ride. They wouldn't budge on the tranny or gear ratio. Ended up buying a motorized pallet jack AKA Freightliner instead.
