bass coast earthmoving Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Has anyone got a rattle in the steering column that sounds like a loose shaft, steering universals seem ok but i don't know where the noise is coming from. Where the hood goes into the pockets when you close it.....they should have rubber on them. I lost on of the rubber pads so the metal would rattle in the pocket. Best i remember there is a allen screw 6-8" down through the center of the shaft that can be tightened up.
