1972 Clark forklift with a 6 cylinder contenintal engine.

She sprung a transmission leak! Not when you drive, but when you park and shut it off. :(

Haven't been under it.... Mainly because its a giant turd of a forklift, but has anyone had any experience in this sort of mechanics?

Sounds like a torque converter seal, when its running the converter fills with fluid and when it shuts down fluid drains back down to what ever level the seal is broken at. better to pull motor instead of the transmission. Finding a seal could be a task.
