Ha, so follwing too closely never entered the mind of the idiot with the now concrete coated hood and did ya notice the slats they put on the gound for the lumber to sit on behind the flat bed. I had been told by an older guy around here they used tio unload lumber by pulling it to the back with a chain or something until it would tip, then just driving out from under it slow, never believed it till now.

I was curious to see if anyone saw the sleepers for the load. Oyster Bay Lumber did it this way all the time. Once in a while the truck would crack a spoke if the ground was soft and the truck bounced. Paul
