What year and model Quick-Tach is it? What is the lift cap. extended and retracted? What is the reach extended? Are those wheel lift arms in the second picture? Price and location?

I don't know the exact year, but I can deduct it's about 03 04. It says 36k pounds on the quick-tach and 12k pds on the wheel lift arm shown on the second picture. Honestly the wheel lift is light duty but no doubt about the unit itself. I'm in quebec Canada, delivery to usa isnt a problem. A new one retail at 33k$, I think 15 is a fair deal for this one.
