Allow me to explain-Reagan Odhner is a member of my Volunteer Company (as is her sister- who is an active interior firefighter and who also just got hired as a cop in Prince George's County, Maryland.) Her family and my family are very close. Reagan served honorably in the USMC for 4 years. She was recently diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer and is in need of financial assistance to help offset the costs of treatments. I am asking my BMT Family to please consider helping her. I know times are tough, so if you cannot help financially, take a moment of your time and say a prayer for this extraordinarily outstanding young lady and her family as well. In the span of less than 12 hours, they are halfway there. Tom, I had no idea. You have my sincerest condolences. I hate cancer with a passion. It has taken so many family members and friends, too. My wife is a cancer nurse, so I also get to hear about it on a clinical level too- she often connects with her patients only to lose them in a few weeks, months or years.
