I haven't heard anything about delet kits. I know people with cummins can find them...

Big issue I see is the EPA cracked down on some of the diesel tuners that were advertising delete kits. Lots of these ma and pa company's stay quiet now about them....

I know of one company for sure (in Quebec) that openly advertises egr & dpf delete kits, despite the potential massive fines for defeating emissions control systems

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part....

Both the AI and AC engines had humidity sensors in the inlet air pipe. We found out you can "surround" the sensor with high humidity air and the engine will run much better ie more advanced timing and lower fuel usage. It's much cheaper than paying a witch doctor for his program.

How do you surround the sensor with high humidity air?

On Mack Aset A/C engines.

There is a hose that transitions from the intake manifold to the EGR mass flow pipe that goes over the top of the engine.

Put a hose clamp around the center of (transition hose), then start tightening the hose clamp over the (transition hose) and make the diameter of the (transition hole) smaller.

The two sensors that are welded on the flow pipe don't measure volume of air, but instead the two flow sensors needs to see fluxiating air flow.

That why just adding resistor won't work to trick the flow sensors.

By making the (transition hose) a smaller diameter, your restricting 90% air flow going to the EGR valve and forcing more to the intake manifold.

When you want to undo it, just loosen the hose clamp on the (transition hose) to put it back to stock.
