Have a 08 Mp8 regen lite flashing lighting bolt on, lost power and tried to regen. Runs about 20 minutes and stops. Look at codes and showed 128 pid 411 fmi7, 128 ppid326 fmi0, 128psid47 fmi 12, 128 psid47 fmi1. Cleared codes but ppid 326 fmi o stayed active. Tried to regen sitting again, ran about 20 minutes again and stopped. regen light still flashing and codes 128 ppid 326 fmi o and 128 psid 47 fmi 1 in codes this time. Anybody have any ideals. Thanks

Psid 47 fmi 1. After treatment regeneration status fmi1 I data valid but below normal operational range. I would check the fuel injector on the turbo lead off pipe. 8mm bolts, See what it looks like and try cleaning it. You can get a kit with now Teflon washer and blot, be careful they like to brake off. Ppid 326 fmi 0 is after treatment DPF system monitor. High soot load in DPF because the injector isn't workin properly I would figure.

128 pid 411 fmi 7 EGR diff pressure sensor.

This sensor and the venturi tube have been updated. The sensor is after the egr cooler and its mounted to the venturi tube. The updated venturi tube has a rhino lining on it. If you have the updated venturi tube replace the egr diff pressure sensor, if its not updated replace the tube and sensor.

Like Kyle said, remove and inspect the 7th injector. You might find the gasket port plugged. Clean the injector tip with carb cleaner and replace the bolts and gasket. If you have VCADS or PTT you could go into the Exhaust Aftertreatment Diagnostic screen and check your 7th injector adaptive factor. Its a graph that will show you if your 7th injector is within spec.

Clear codes and do another regen.

The 326 code is just telling you something wrong.

MID 128 PPID 326 FMI 0 is DPF soot level data valid but above normal range, Fault will set after several incomplete regens due to low post-cat temp. usually caused by a plugged aftertreatment injector. PSID 47 FMI 1 or 12 Indicates the injector is plugged or not functioning correctly.
