If I had it here I would first take a spare line and injector and connect the line and injector to each connection on the injection pump leaving the injector out in the air and run it. Observe the fuel spray from each barrel and plunger on the injection pump.If they all look the same delivery then check for a blowed head gasket.

Thanks for your replies and yes idid bleed air at injectors then started truck and bleed again but 3and4 were missing. Iknow now that it was because they were reversed. Do you think iblew the head gaskets on test drive about 4 miles.

3 and 4 should be on different heads so I doubt that's it try what glenn said remove injectors and re configure the lines so you can run the eng. with the injectors hanging in the air and look at the pattern (from a safe distance) if this checks out then do a comp. test. Your helper didn't leave a shop rag in the intake by chance ?
