Now that doesn't sound like much but his truck has a 1693 Cat 425hp turned up with 4.44 rears, he has to drop a gear empty and floor it to just lose a couple miles an hour on that hill. I have 3.65 rears and I dropped maybe 2-3 mph just cause I didn't want to floor it with no pyro and never dropped a gear. Your hood damn near blocks it out in the pic. I stoppedat a truck stop the other day with my 379 Pete long hood and parked in the front row. I ran in to grab a drink and when I came back outI noticed out of 25 trucks in line mine was the only one with a hood. All the rest were just like that Freightshaker. Btw stopped at the TA in milldale ct yesterday and watched a CTW driver go through the Lot on the wrong side then out the in side at the shack then park in the no parking zone along side the shop. rsb502 Posted April 21, 2014 Author Share Posted April 21, 2014 Robs KW would outpull every other truck ive had till now, outpulled my Granite with a cranked up 427 that would run with 475 CATs, pulled better than my 84 Superliner E9 with a euro 540 turbo and 20% over pump, I figured it would run right with this one too. Does anybody know what the other ratings were for the 1693 CAT?
