Still delivering trees, one of the loads went to Haystack Vt.Woke up to an ice line in the mountains, not frost ice about an 18th inch on the trees.Out doing things with the wife in Lancaster Co. Add caught the make a wish convoy. About 350 trucks only got a couple pics.Had the RW out pulling trees around the farm.Got a phone call from a friend looking for a cabover. Saw something the other day i've never seen before- I was coming down 501 on the way home and saw a truckload of trees pulling out of the nursery at Winfall with the dirtballs to the rear, trees leaning to the front of the trailer. Looked like the tarp was well wrapped around them, but i've never seen them laying to the front, and don't know why they would load them like that. If the tarp came loose it would tear them all to pieces...maybe he wasn't going very far, I don't know. Quote Producer of poorly photo-chopped pictures since 1999. A actually like that way cause they clime up and down off the back of the trailer as to the fuel tanks and fenders. We run about two month straight then when they start to push its over till fall. Too bad the deck is aluminum and not wood, it'll just be a slippery mess, I'd say take the diapers and kitty litter. Of course it may get you some strange looks at a truck stop after you unload, not many flatbed trailers have oil leaks in the middle,lol.
