heres ques. im not a camper guy but don't they make a hitch with a shock or something in it so the ridgid truck doesn't bang the trailer to death?

Hmmmmmm, I smell a business opportunity....lol

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part....

It's already been done, lemme see if I can find the pics

TWO STROKES ARE FOR GARDEN TOOLS

Looks good! The air ride on the truck will help with not beating the trailer to death, but the light tongue weight might not do a lot?

Something like this comes to mind:

I've seen various models and a few home built ones too.

Might need an "UNDERSIZE LOAD" banner on the back of the trailer?? LOL!!! (kinda like PeterJ had on his Scotty).

I know Dean Ashby put one on the back of his Acar to pull his Airstream. His truck has walking beam? Or was it puck? Something without too much give anyway. I used to have a picture of the setup he built. Kinda similar but I think he built it into the rear plate of the truck so any receiver he put in had the dampening effect. I don't know where any pics of PeterJ's H model is with the setup he had? All his gallerys here are gone.
