The air ride on the truck will help with not beating the trailer to death, but the light tongue weight might not do a lot?Something like this comes to mind:I've seen various models and a few home built ones too.Might need an "UNDERSIZE LOAD" banner on the back of the trailer?? Freightrain Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 I know Dean Ashby put one on the back of his Acar to pull his Airstream. His truck has walking beam? Or was it puck? Something without too much give anyway. I used to have a picture of the setup he built. Kinda similar but I think he built it into the rear plate of the truck so any receiver he put in had the dampening effect. I don't know where any pics of PeterJ's H model is with the setup he had?
