Intermittent heating

Etech running hot. Blowing overflow bottles. Tech could not duplicate problem. Stated not a gasket or cracked head. 240K miles. Any thoughts appreciated.

someone a while ago had similar problems and it was the bottle there was a TB that got posted, not sure based off the limited info if it applies but I am sure you could search it in the post or someone else like Staxx will chime in.

Radiator/bottle cap?

Check the water pump and water pump housing for cavitation and pitting. The water pump housing should be smooth.
