Probably turbo bad. But you might want to remove after cooler hose at intake manifold on driver side of engine and check for oil. If oil in intake then the turbo shot . If no oil in intake get engine hot , remove the turbo and cap the oil supply line and start it, hold a clean piece of cardboard a foot away from the exhaust manifold and watch for specks of oil. If you get oil there it could be valve seals/guide, to much idling or worse.
