They are both known as auxiliary switches.

Both Switches are extra pre wired/powered switches that you can use for what ever you want.

-The swicth with the key insignia is ignition powered (only works with ignition turned to on)

-The switch with the Battery is a constantly powered switch from a direct battery feed.

Both switches are fused from factory and you will need the wiring schematics to locate the best place to tap into them to use them.

In Ontario we use to use the "Key" switch for a trailer lift axle switch just by doing some light rewiring.

My "key" switch runs my rear mounted floods, and the "battery" switch will run my strobes, when I get around to putting them on....lol

Do you happen to have the exact name of those switches ?  I am having a very difficult time finding them and dealer ship is as well.
