The Ford has the "Custom Cab". I know that chrome trim around the windshield is part of the package, I think a white steering wheel is also.

It would mostly be pulling a short dump trailer. Once in awhile it would have to get on the big road and not hold up traffic.

I think it says that above the spear on the door.

Some of the early ones also had two-tone paint.
