WANT TO BUY RW II Bumper

I'm looking for either a plain steel or chrome bumper for an RW II I'm starting to restore.

I can get new ones from Mack but the price is slightly ridiculous at this point in the restoring game.

Consider it a starter bumper so I can get this flat piece of crap someone thought looked cool on my Superdog, off of it.

Found the Hendrickson # and got 1 of my Mack dealers to get off their butts and cross it. Good# and a decent price at $500. The Mack OEM one was $1600

Is the bumper chrome plated steel or stainless coated/polished aluminum?

Looks good. I bought a Hendrickson Chrome plated one for mine last year. Next best thing to the factory aluminum one but much cheaper.

The bumper is chromed steel. Friggen thing weighs a ton. Only 2 left in Mack inventory.
