Ok i have a 1993 rd 688s with a E7-350 motor that is have coolant problems i have replaced thermostat twice all new hoses from top of rad to thermostat housing, new rad, new water filter also a high temp switch still having the problem coolant is flowing into the overflow tank from the main tank any help talked to the dealer they said it could be in the head just not sure no oil in the coolant have also flushed the system a couple of times replaced everything after each flush

Tim does it push more than a gallon ? a eng will push out what coolant doesn't fit in a "hot system" so checking the rad. when cold should have apromx. 1-11 /2 in. of air in top tank of rad. if its expelling more than this you need to do a compression gas test of the cooling system. your dealer should be able t do this also there is a slight chance the air compressor could put sir into the cooling sys. as well
