Power improved considerably the EGT has not got over 900 so far and coolant temps haven't changed that I can tell. I am happy except for a little stumble between 1500 and 1600 rpm when loaded and going up through gears also if you really push it in a pull the malfunction light will come on and power will cut for just a second like its reached some kinda torque limiter or something. I have went from foot on the floor cussing it to 1/4 to 1/2 throttle will do everything with ease. And to my surprise the mpg has increased with every mod. Up to 7.62 on last tank and that's all short haul miles.

I haven't had a dyno. The Jake did improve slightly. The turbo is a nice kit but had to do a little modifying on the air inlet pieces that were part of the kit to make it all fit. Not just a simple bolt up and go deal. Will be really happy if I can get rid of the stumble and high torque cut off deal. Basically went from a whimpering lap dog to a snarling junk yard dog now. It is sure alot more pleasurable to drive. I am going to keep the truck for along time now.

Both mods made increases in power and economy. I did ecm first and it was a noticeable increase. I have gauges and if you pulled it hard on a hill you could get egt to hot. I believe that the tuner told me if you didn't have gauges he could set it up to protect its self from this happening. But with turbo and injectors it will pull much harder without getting the egt above 1000. Gauges aren't that much and easy to install I would definitely add them either way you go. I had a n14 525 that was very strong before and now this truck is as good if not better plus .75 mpg better econ. It was costly to do all mods but the increase in mpg above stock will pay for it all in 12 to 14 months. Then its money in my pocket plus a happy driver.
