Find a spin on filter base from an early DM or R model with a 673, 675, 711 engine, those had the bleeder line fitting on them and can be hooked up just like your current setup.

That way you can also run a Mack OEM filter too, and it'll look like that filter belongs there.

On my B, I put a spin on base back behind the drivers tank(right by fittings) and plumbed it in. Even put separator style filter on it to get rid of water. I left the stock unit on motor. Since I put on dual exhaust it really hides it so it's not even noticable, plus I have my big generator box there too.
