So I'm in Cookeville, TN and I get back to the hotel after hitting my favorite food and beer joint with one of my employees. I go across the parking lot to the Pilot to grab one last beer and a bottle of water and what to I see but a tore up navy blue freight shaker with the bumper cover tore off and the passenger side fill hose from the fuel pump disconnected from the quick release and lying on the ground. The guy appeared to drive off just as I got to my room and I looked out the window to see the employees looking confused at it. I too was confused as you would think this would set off an alarm in the building or trigger a fuel pump shutdown.
