Ive seen the truck in passing on a run I had. With it not running id say its real heavy on the asking price.

If it were running good,and as clean,straight and rust free at it appears he wouldn't be out of line these days.Would like to see an engine pic as he says it has a turbo and it's not a 613.Maybe a 711 with dealer installed turbo,not sure when they started that?

Yes nail on the head, tires alone are at least $3500 or more and will need to switch to 22.5 to keep that cost down. Probably no rust being in Colorado but not running cuts the price in half less tires is $3950 that's about right for this set up if they showed pictures of the engine and the frame is ok.
