looks like a standard gasjob.naturaly aspirated B model air cleaner to me that's been modified to suck more air... it wouldn't work out up north like that cause it wold suck in all the snow in the winter, that's why they had a flipper next to the cowl on the air cleaner to changed from summer to winter. the newer B models, 63 and up had a cable in the dash and went out to the flipper.
