flynlow8740 Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 I have a double frame B-42S. The gap between inner and outer rails is 1/4-3/8 inch in places. Is this too much to be safe and usable? The majority of the spread is behind the suspension mounts, everything forward of that is pretty tight. I've never been around any double frame trucks and wasn't sure what "normal" is. I appreciate everyone's advice. I have also seen some good results from the KBS rust sealer paint.. and you can put it on with a brush so that you can work it in between the rails.
