wheeler73 Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 The sensor is located on the hot side boost tube from the turbo.The most common issue I see is the wiring and or connector issues. The wiring breaks due to the heat and vibration. The sensors do go bad too. But check the wiring. It breaks alot at the connector. I have seen many hard wired. It will not cause the truck to stop running. It may give a little performance issue. TorresTransport Posted November 11, 2014 Author Share Posted November 11, 2014 Ok so I located the sensor and found 2 things ...1. The pins were heavily corroded and 2. wheeler73 Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Yea lots of problems with that connector. I see problems with it and the wires all the time. Make sure to secure the connector and wires so they don't move at the connector. Bad design in my opinion.
