Many of those air cleaners had a cup mounted for ether to be used to help start those ole B Models during the winter months.Oh! Superdog Posted November 23, 2014 Share Posted November 23, 2014 I have a couple that have a ether pill canister in place of that plug.The top comes off,you dropped in a foil pack "pill" and pushed the cap back on,it would pierce the foil pack and release the ether.
