My father bought this in 1962 to haul concrete form panels, photo 1964 me in the cab at 11 years old, and my younger brother. Started driving this one at 15, not much in the way of law enforcement or DMV regulations at that time, had air brakes and was at that time a big truck, we replaced it with a military M 35 6x6 about 1969.1955, 155w My brother and I bought in 1972 to start an excavating business. A former Polar beverage tractor , we put the only body we could find at the time on, 2-4 yd. and 1 foot to short, side boarded up we could get about 7 CY on. We sold this one to be made into a sander, kept track of it till about the late 70's, long gone I am sure. Time goes much to fast so I would like to share some pictures and stories of the past. The truck needed doors and told the buyer to go to the used truck salvage yard that bought the 1946 Brockway from my father and get the doors, and he did.
