Just bought a 2002 CL713 with an E7 460 and was just wondering how to bump the rpm's up to run hyd pump for the lowboy trailer without using your foot.

Have hand throttle or cruise control

cruise control on, hit set, then hold to raise RPM to desired speed. Computer may have to be set right.

On mine, when parked, cruise is limited to 1100. hit brake or clutch pedal and can get it right to the top

The ecm is programmable for how you want it.

On my 01 just hit set then hold resume until it goes up to where I want it. About 900 for mine running hydraulic driven pump. I think it tops out at 1100.

Thanks for the info guys, 1100rpm's should be more than enough to run my trailer up and down.
