Wow, I like it.

Just curious: what is the typical life span of those old V8's? At 500K is it about used up? I know maintenance is everything, but still. Don't think there are many parts left for them if something did go wrong.

That was a brand new 1974 Chamberlin 43 ft. pot. Chamberlin trailers were built in Hampton,IA and was owned by Wilson.towards their end,they closed the Hampton plant and were built in Sioux City with the Wilsons,until they quit making them sometime in the late '80's or early '90's.
