Your best bet will be to check the base for a PN. My guess is you will have to replace the entire filter with something you can find replacements for. The good news is it is not a stock filter, so you aren't losing anything significant.

You could use something like this inline Wix filter as an example. Fairly inexpensive and easy to change.

It doesn't cost anything to pay attention.

Some older 707 Filter (Mack part numbered) do cross over to Wix and Baldwin numbers. If you can determine a Mack number by measuring all the dimensions you may find a replacement. However as was suggested perhaps a new in-line may be easier,

It looks like my Diesel Gen set filter AC-TL70 assembly with an AC TL12 cartridge with a glass bowl instead of the metal bowl mine has. If it is a bronze filter unit it is washable.
