i had the same issue when i repowered mine the newer turbo was smaller, i took the eng. out of a CL700 so if you could find a wrecked one that would work. Or find a wrecked e7 with the correct size pipe and then have a machine shop fab. the two pipes together. i dont know if mack parts carrys the cl 700 pipe still.

Which turbo do you have and which truck do you have, the intercooler pipes and hoses are different on 84 and older and 85 and newer trucks, there were also differences depending on which turbo you have.
