Looking for information to swap my 1990 RW 713 from Hendrickson spring ride to a air ride.

What type of Hendrickson suspension do you have on the truck now.

baxter - is this for on road or off road use? is weight a big concern? neway is good for off road but a little heavy, it was also the only factory air ride i've ever seen on a superliner II, their could have been others but all rw 713 I've seen had the neway. I really liked it for a lowboy tractor, good travel and artulation.

I have seen later ( 90s ) Superliners that had the Henderickson/ Mack air ride.

Raydan and Hendrickson both make a kit for air ride that sits on top of your walking beam. Should be able to find it at Hendricksons web site. I looked into replacing my old rubber block a few years back, new was pricey.

Not a problem Goodyear # 1R13-070 that's for an 88 adr-234 neway but it sounded like they all pretty much the same

What about just getting a ch rear cut off and dropping in place? That's what I'm thinking about doing to my superliner.

The kit superdog mentioned looks good. You still have the beam for good articulation and traction but the added comfort of air bags.

My 1992 RW613 has the Mack/Hendrickson air ride from the factory. Parts are still available for it via Mack as well as some aftermarket so maybe you can go that route.
