It seems the spring clip on the plug that goes to the actuator sensor is missing and theres no way I can zip tie that plug so it doesn't vibrate or rattle when the fan starts blowing. I've inspected the pins and they look fine ...besides according to my Mack dealer those are not replaceable and if I wanted to replace them I NEED TO PURCHASE THE $5000 TURBO! ...If anybody can give me a suggestion or help me out with that spring clip it would be greatly appreciated ...hell I'll pay for it!! 41chevy Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 Can't locate a spring clip try E-6000. It is an Industrial Adhesive for Aerospace originally. Home Depot and even Wal Mart carry it. Takes 12 hours to fully cure and will take temps fairly well. It is some what easy to remove if needed. Especially the spring clip, there really isn't anything that can be done to this thing to secure it!
