! Looks better then the old version with a granite like hood. New to the truck is the Cummins ISL up to 350HP, Mack transmissions and Mack axles/suspensions and axles up to 52k. The previous generation Metroliner had only Cummins ISC and meritor/spicer axles and vendor suspesions and tandem drives were limited to 46k.

I think I like the Aussie line up a tad better than the US lineup. Dump the Pinnacle axle forward and give us the the Trident and Superliner. Add the metro liner to the construction line. Offer Cummins as they do down under.

Lets hope so. It would allow Mack to compete with International and Freightliner in the Class 6/7 market while also offering a low tare truck for heavy construction work or local tractor trailer work. It has a very short BBC of only 106 inches and setback axle so its perfect for city delivery or mixer use (which is what it is geard toward in Aust.)
