05 Granite Tri axle MP7 Allison Auto

The temp inside my cab down by my calves gets up to 120° !!! It seems worse when the windows are down. I guess it's pulling in air from the engine bay, I don't see any visible openings though. There isn't any insulation under the cab either, don't know if there is supposed to be or not.

A/C blows cool, pretty sure it has a leak somewhere just haven't found any oil stains. I also think the hoses in the dash might not be connected properly, blower motor blows loud/high but it feels like its on medium coming out of the vents.

Any help /suggestions!?!

Thanks, Chad

Is there a rubber boot around the steering shaft hole? I know on my kw they split and hot air will come thru. Or could be gear stick boot... Check in between the folds.

My air con fans brushes wore out. New fan and she was blowing my air like a shampoo commercial!

I only hope it's something that simple. Best of luck.

Tim.
