I put a Tip turbine 300+ in my 66 R600 with the short hood. I used the air cleaner off the 1980 R612 the engine came out of with the two air inlet tubes. you could use a hood scoop just have to make up brackets to mount the under hood filter to the radiator support I think.

it all fits.had to manufacture some intake tubes myself.bought a new airfilter and cut it up to weld in the tubefittings from the old filter.

had to adjust the waterpump poellie and the crancshaft poellie.

Looks like you did a fine job!

i wil say hello to rene from you vlad.

thank you guys and i hope this engine wil hold a little longer than the 711.

have to do some smal adjusments and take a 100 mile drive on saterday to our mackday in the middle of the country.

trying to get there and back without any problems.

I googled "MackDag 2015" a cople of hours back but haven't found fresh pictures excepting a few.
